Pulaski Bank

I have given Pulaski Bank the benefit of the doubt for far to long. I like the name, I like it is local, but I am tired of them never being able to fill my request. One of my interests is tracking currency on
. I need large amounts of one dollar bills, on a constant basis. Pulaski bank has me pulling out my hair, driving from bank to bank, and shaking my head in disbelief.
I cannot recommend a bank with such poor customer service at the drive thru or walk up counter. These tellers will not check the vault for brand new crispy one dollar bills. The vault is about ten feet behind the walk up counter (it is not like in movies– floors below the bank). I have called the vault manager and asked for new ones to be saved for me. I have requested they order me new ones. This Pulaski Bank has been unable to fill any of these requests.
The icing on the cake has occurred this summer. Pulaski bank received brand new crispy ones from the Federal Reserve Bank on May 8, 2015. I have been over ten times since then asking for new ones. I need hundreds, even thousands of ones…
In May a female teller told me she only has two hundred dollar in new ones and that was it. I needed far more for a trip– and was left driving to other banks in the area looking for bills. This past week I walked inside to see if that would HELP my case. I am again looking for a LARGE amount of singles. The male teller reluctantly, giving full addittude, only checked the vault because I cut him off mid-​sentence when he tried to tell me they didn’t have any. Guess what I was able to get from the vault– two hundred brand new singles, date stamped May 8, 2015. In fact the serial numbers were only one hundred off from the two straps I received in May.
The moral of the story– I could have had more singles in MAY before my trip. Over the past three months I have stopped here asking for new singles and this male teller has told me they are out.
Lies, Lies, Lies.
I am not sure WHY this teller feels he does not need to give up the cash. I have been banking with Pulaksi for years. I have to visit competing banks weekly looking for what Pulaski has sitting in the vault!!!
In the Where’s George community other peoples banks hold new bills for them, even call them– when new bills are delivered… all this Pulaski has done for me is STASH the CASH.
