Rally’s Drive Thru

Took a really long time to get my order at 2 am in the drive-​thru, but the fries were really freaking good. Everyone else in my car seemed to enjoy their food.

Beware! Do not waste your money. The workers are lazy and seem to be angry that you want to eat here. They only keep one side open but will not put an out of order sign on the side they refuse to operate so when a line of people are on the side they claim is not working they want you to pull out and re-​enter their parking lot. And after all that they rush you thru the side they do have open and make you pull up as soon as you pay for your food so they can beat their timing system. Then to make matters worse the food is horrible! Wow! I like Rally’s but I hate this location! And for some reason Unilocal does not come up in the first 3 pages of a google search and google wont let you write a review do some reason!

Lately, most fast food places have gone downhill with their customer service. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this Rally’s. Every single time I have gone there I have been greeted in a polite, enthusiastic manner, get my order right away and am always thanked when I leave. They also have the best apple pies ever!
