The Great Frame Up was open when my friend and I went Christmas shopping at 6 p.m. on a weeknight in the CWE. Being open when most other stores weren’t gets it one star.
Friendly employee who wasn’t pushy gets it the second star. We talked about the elf on a shelf trend.
Nice selection gets it the third star. Lots of locally-​themed stuff, though I’d seen much of it elsewhere before. However, I wish the card selection had been more fun or unique. I don’t know that I’ve seen these cards elsewhere before, but I’ve seen some like them, so I didn’t get cards like I’d been hoping.
That is how to earn three stars from me.

Cute, reasonably priced gift shop located in Central West End. Everything ranging from ornaments, cookbooks, jewelry, wine accessories, cards, to taking custom framing orders. The staff warmly welcomes you as soon as you walk into the store and they are eager to help you find that special, unique gift. They will box your purchases per request.
