I could furnish my entire apartment with items from store. There’s something for anyone and everyone. The store was busy with people but spacious and new items were coming in as I was walking around. Everything was displayed beautifully from the wall art to bedroom sets. And a plus– greeted with a friendly staff.

My friend was remodeling his kitchen. he added a peninsula and was looking for some table or bar stools. We decided to walk into Rothmans the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. We were not greeted by any of the staff so we wandered around the showroom We stumbled onto some stools and found one the we liked. We needed two, so off we went to find a salesperson. Finally, she checked the inventory and it was the last stool and yes they did have another one at their O’Fallon store. They would be happy to hold it or deliver it to the South County store on Friday. We opted for the delivery. We waited for five days, no phone call finally we called yes the stool had been delivered and sorry no one called you. I forgot to add that he had to pay before they would bring it to the store. When he got to the store the stool could not be found in the back. You ask why, because they had put it on the showroom floor. NEVER buy anything from Rothmans Terrible customer service!!!

I purchased my microfiber couch at Rothman’s about a year and a half ago and it is sagging, creaking, and squeaking like I’ve had it for twenty years. Looks terrible, too! I won’t ever buy another thing from them. Terrible quality furniture.

We stepped into this place on new years day, granted apparently from what the salesperson told us that it was a big day for sales. So, i guess we picked a good day. I have to say that i like some of the stuff that they have on display here, some of it… abiet a little gaudy but hey, that’s perfectly fine because it’s different strokes for different folks. The person who helped us was friendly (i cannot remember his name, i call it sometimers.) However, we did find a nice little couch for mom. So, i would say all in all it was a good time.
