First off, I can’t begin to tell you how happy my fiancé and I are with our new roof. It turned out better than we ever could have expected. We put an offer on a house and negotiated for the current homeowners to replace the roof. Our agent suggested to call in Pedro from S2C Roofing to assess the state of the current roof and we felt so comfortable with him due to his professionalism and care that he took in photographing all damage that needed to be replaced. Due to all of the rain in June, the previous homeowners weren’t able to have the roof replaced in time with their choice of roofer, so we asked them to pay Pedro and S2C Roofing directly. Within just days of our moving in, Pedro and S2C Roofing began work on our roof and finished within 2 days. Also, if you didn’t know, Pedro and S2C Roofing are GAF Certified, which is a big deal.
