Very bad store and management. You buy something online they don’t want to return it in the store to avoid «loss». I’m so disappointed. Will continue buying from Nordstrom thank you

Despite the fact that I was a frequent shopper here while growing up in St. Louis, when I moved away I realized just how limited their selection was and how bland the service can be.
I stopped in today and got a few things with my mom and all the staff swarmed us like we were their prey. It was very creepy. I hate being pressured to buy stuff — it makes me turn around and walk out the door. I will say that the fine jewelry staff are tops though — the nicest I’ve ever met at any Neimans (go see a girl named Mimi, she rocks)!
The men’s department is surprisingly quite good. My brother and I are a big fan of the guys that work here (they know us by name, which is never a good thing).
The shoe department sucks, as does the lingerie, and the «designer section».

Women’s casual wear is decent, but can get very picked over especially right when the new seasons clothes come in.
Handbags have improved over the past few years — they’re now carrying Chloe and Kooba.
The bulk of the main level is dedicated to cosmetics and perfume which I feel is a bit much, but I’m sure is half of their business.
A small store in comparison to their other locations I’ve been too and it could use a major overhaul — it’s looked exactly the same since I started going here back in the 80’s!
