The prices here are comparable to most other stores except for all aldi. Even on their best days here at save-​a-​lot they can’t beat Aldi

It is cheap for basic stuff and it is right by my apartment so they get a star. The staff is rude and pushy and will ring you up wrong if you don’t watch them. I have never been treated so rudely while trying to buy groceries anywhere in my life, but South City Saint Louis is just a mean ass place so we will have to get over it. It isn’t as cheap as housewife schnucks on Hampton and Chippewa at all and the tax is outrageous at this location even compared to the McKinley Heights Save A Lot, but it is close enough to throw a rock, no pun intended seeing as if you are the type to want to buy crack the parking lot is probably great for those shopping needs too.
