Another great Starbucks. Although they are a chain I simply don’t think you can go wrong. This one has some outdoor seats as well as a fire place and some comfy seats inside! I would return to this location.

My drink lids always smell like perfume. Maybe employees shouldn’t spray fragrances on their wrists? The drive-thru is incredibly INCREDIBLY slow in the early morning. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes for 3 cars at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning.

Enjoying my birthday reward a venti PSL. Good place to chill or work. Friendly and fast baristas. I’m tankful for this Starbucks it’s within walking distance of my home.

Always great service! They have a nice outdoor seating area. Although it could use a trash can out there. The inside has good seating options too. Biggest drawback is the way the drive thru lane is situated. It’s really hard to get into the drive thru and if it’s crowded, drive thru customers spill out onto the street causing traffic problems. But I’ve experienced good coffee and friendly workers every time I’ve been there!

The«pick of the week» FREE app for iOS this week isn’t really free. It’s a recipe app by Green Kitchen. The app download is free with the Starbucks«pick of the week» card but each recipe costs money! False advertising and poor backend research by Starbucks Corporate Marketing! Corporations are not people, and if corporations think money is free speech I’m using my free speech here and my money elsewhere at small niche coffee shops from now on! #Disappointed #FalseAdvertising #PoorMarketingResearch #NothingInLifeIsFree

There’s not a whole lot I can say about Starbucks that the general public doesn’t already know. If you’re getting a brewed coffee(hot or iced) make it at home. For all of you lazy or complicated people like me, Starbucks is well worth the money. ChipLand’s baristas are very detail oriented when I order obnoxious drinks(especially the night crews, probably because there isn’t the morning rushes), and they are always sure to ask me how I’m doing.

It’s a typical Starbucks except this location is severely undersized. The drive thru is good but always packed & parking is limited. I recommend going during non-peak hours. I’m hopeful they will either open another location nearby or expand this one soon.

This Starbucks has a very friendly staff! And to those who complain about the drive through line– I have no sympathy. People cram into the drive through line even though they KNOW it takes a long time and blocks traffic. Park and go in. It’s simple.

Obviously, Starbucks is amazing, but if you’re in a hurry skip this Starbucks! Line is always long and doesn’t move. I’ve made this mistake several times. I don’t know why their service(inside and drive-thru) is always so much slower than any other Starbucks.

This Starbucks REALLY needs to work on their time management. No one should have to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes let alone 20. At 20 minutes, I am now late for work. I used to be a barista, so I get it. But there is a definite disconnect here. They need to value their customer’s time.

Really helpful and nice service. John at the drive thru window was great. Very cheerful nice guy at 5:40am! Just ordered a coffee with steamed milk because I didn’t want all the calories of a latte. John helped me figure out that it is called a Misto(AKA a Café Olay). Not on the drive thru menu but they were happy to make it for me. It’s delicious. The coffee is the perfect balance and the milk nice and frothy. Great job guys! I’m going to try to finish waking up now…

The worst for so many reasons. Rude customer service. Have been belittled on more than one occasion. Lines are ridiculous.

I don’t make a habit of reviewing chains but this Starbucks is officially my savior. Mistakenly I have decided to become a graduate student. Although the Webster University library is gorgeous, its too far. I needed a place that was close to my home and a place that I can go straight from work without giving myself time to think about how terrible it is to go straight from work to studying. The place has plenty of outlets and the service is great. The gals behind the counter will even watch your stuff so you an use the bathroom!

Eh same old song and dance with a Starbucks. Obviously over priced but good coffee, tea and snacks. I suggest getting a bagel with a small iced tea. Then you don’t have spend big money to get a decent coffee house experience. Pleasant staff and clean bathrooms.

The theme song from cheers comes to mind. They know me. This will be my Starbucks no matter where I move. If I ever really kick the habit… Who are we kidding.

This Starbucks is an ordeal. The line for the«Drive Thru» snaked out of the parking lot and onto the street. I pulled up to the window, ordered my iced grande latte and waited. While the line moved quickly, I pulled up to the window, paid the cashier and was promptly given my iced tea. Huh? My response: «So, sorry, but I ordered an iced latte.» Their response(from the girl in the headset): «He gettin’ a venti!» I looked at my receipt to discover I had been charged for a venti. Awesome. I asked if I could have my grande latte, to which they added an extra shot of espresso to the venti. It’s not even drinkable at this point. The cashier gave me a free drink coupon and my undrinkable non-order. The manager yelled/asked if I was happy, to which the cashier responded/yelled: «Oh yea, he’s one happy S.O.B.!» I guess I could most liken my experience this morning to this SNL skit:

Starbucks may be a chain and all that, but it’s the ONLY place I’ve found in which you can actually taste the espresso in their café mocha. So thank goodness for them, because I’ve ordered café mochas at all the cute little coffee shops around town and am always disappointed because it just tastes like hot chocolate. I need coffee! I want to taste coffee! Excuse me while I go enter myself into some sort of dependency program.

Starbucks, you failed me. When I usually stop here on Saturdays, the parking lot is full, people are parking next door at Lion’s Choice, and the drive-thru is snaked out to the street. Yet I still get in and out quickly, with a correct order. Today, Memorial Day, the lot was half empty, no cars next door at Lion’s Choice, and only 2 cars in front of me in the drive-thru. I ordered my usual venti caramel macchiato and pulled around. I could see right away that there was a problem with the first car’s order and they were remaking it. The car in front of me went without incident, but I waited a full ten minutes after paying to be served. They made the order for the car behind me, then the one for the car behind that. The server verified that I had a venti caramel macch, and still I waited for them to make it. When it finally came I put it into the cupholder, tipped, and left. Um, yeah, Starbucks, do you REALLY think I can’t tell the difference between a caramel macch and a vanilla soy latte? Yep, after all that they still got my order wrong. I think it’s time to head to the Kingshighway store for a while.

Before everyone jumps all over me for giving two stars, let me explain: I’m cold. Temperatures in St. Louis often reach 105 degrees, and it certainly did when I visited this Starbucks. That’s why I chose to take my laptop inside, sip a smoothie, and complete an hour of freelance. That hour, unfortunately, turned into two simply because the air conditioning is jacked for an eskimo. My hands could barely type and I had to keep fixing my stiff-fingered typos, but I was determined to bang out this assignment, so I stayed until the glacial end. Seriously, I get that it’s balls-hot outside, but that doesn’t mean that you have to have the indoor temperature set to 55 degrees to compensate. It’s ridiculous. I should not have to bring fingerless gloves to a coffeeshop. Other than that, things were ok. Nothing was too exciting to write home about. Service was average, strawberry banana smoothie was average, music was average, wifi speed was average. Points for being open on Memorial Day. Had this location not been an ice cavern, I’d have been inclined to stay and sample a pastry. Alas, the Chippewa Starbucks is getting crossed off my list of un-home office places because I don’t want to bring my parka everywhere I go.

I love going to this Starbucks location. Wonderful and pleasant crew! They have a drive through also.
