I found everyone at this practice very friendly and nice, including Dr. Stephens, but when I came in for an illness, I felt very rushed and did not feel like Dr. Stephens was really listening to me, nor was she very thorough. I followed up with a phone call about concerns, and labs ended up being ordered. I was told by the lab that my dr. would have my results by Monday, so I called on Tuesday and left a message, and my lab results were mailed to me without anyone ever returning my phone call, leaving me to worry about what my lab results might be. I haven’t been pleased and am now switching to a different dr.

I started going to Dr. Stephens this past fall, after moving from out-​of-​state. I had originally scheduled my initial appointment with another doctor at the same office, but I was told he was no longer available and that I’d have to see another doctor. I’m so glad I saw Dr. Stephens! She is wonderful. She is a great listener, very open and honest, and she always has a friendly smile. She knows what she is talking about, and she’ll openly admit it, if she doesn’t. She is very easy to talk to, even about sensitive subjects. Even the nurses and office staff are great! They’re all kind, friendly, and helpful! Just a side note: Dr. Stephens often has med. students working with her, but they always leave it up to the patient to decide whether or not the student becomes involved in the visit.
