I had the worst experience with this company. I am not sure if they are just unprofessional or malicious. I went to them because I had a groupon deal for professional photographs. I finally did get them to take my picture but they never gave me the shots or a link to the shots. I told them that I was on a time crunch to receive the pictures and they told me that I could get them in the next day or so. It is almost three weeks later and I have not received anything but a one line email saying that the link was going up that night, which I received over a week ago.
They are impossible to get in contact with and they will take your money without giving you anything. I have called them over 8 times and never receive a return call. I have emailed them at least three times. This was my worst experience with a business. I cannot believe that they still have their doors open. I will update you if and when I hear back from then. I will be reporting them to the BBB if I do not get money or photos.
Group on dropped them, likely due to similar shenanigans that they pulled with me. I am highly disappointed. DO NOT RISK IT! You will not get what you pay for with these people.
