Extremely disappointed. My pizza oven went down, so I called Tri State. They came highly recommended! But what I experienced was nothing short of aggravating. I have been in business 12 years in Saint Louis, and have a couple of restaurant locations. So naturally, I have repair needs on a fairly consistent basis. When the oven went down for our county location, I called first thing in the morning. Within 2 hours, I received a callback saying that the earliest a tech could make it out would be 1pm. At 3:45, I finally received a call from Tri State telling me they could not make it out and would come the next day. That was yesterday. I called today and asked to speak with Greg, the owner, to no avail, and he still has not called us. It is now 3pm! I even sent an email, and have gotten no response. I am really at a loss as to why this is happening, and why this company doesn’t want my business. I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else. It would have been nice to know they didn’t want my business yesterday so I didn’t have to potentially lose 2 – 3 days worth of business waiting for a repair that would never happen. My office building’s hvac has been maintained by Tristate Mechanical since 2004. In this time I’ve never felt over charged for their services. When I need something done I feel like they put me as a priority. I get quick and dependable service every time. Its a good feeling to know that no matter if equipment starts acting up even late at night it will be taken care of promptly.
