Two thumbs up. I have never been seen so quickly or spent so much time with my physician as I did at Wash U. I’ve since switched ALL of my doctor needs to the Wash U physicians, after my first experience with Henry Lai. I am regularly seen within 10 minutes of signing in. Very clean atmosphere, and right next to the Metrolink to boot. I never have to sit and wait for ages to see my doctor, either. Not only is the doc present within 10 minutes of the medical assistants/nurses doing their thing, but I spend 10+ minutes with my doctor one on one, too! In my experience, that is unheard of! I would absolutely recommend the Wash U physicians to anyone whose insurance they accept.
