BEST BBQ EVER!
Ribs are smokey perfection and fall off the bone. Slaw has a wonderful vinegary dressing that I could eat everyday. Beans are delicious homemade goodness. I would eat here every week if this place was in California. Reasonable prices make it a must do. Loved chef Deborah! Can’t wait to go back!

Wilson’s’ BBQ was excellent stop on Sunday lunch with the kids. The kids loved the ribs and Ross and I enjoyed the pulled pork.
It’s an excellent local homage stop!

Visited Wilson’s BBQ after a trip to Pappy’s didn’t pan out. Seriously wanted some good BBQ, but their line was crazy long, so opted not to wait. Searched Unilocal for a viable replacement and found this little piece of BBQ heaven.
The place is kinda small, mostly setup for takeout, though there are a couple of tables. We ate in. I got the pulled pork sandwich and my other half got the half slab of ribs. Mine was defintiely, the best pulled pork I’ve ever had and I thought it couldn’t get any better… till I tasted the ribs. Hands down, never had better. They were mouthwateringly juicy and fall-​off-​the-​bone tender with an excellent sauce. It will be my dish of choice the next time I vist… which won’t be long. Prices are fantastic! You get plenty of food all served up by the friendly and engaging Chef Debra Wilson. Heads-​up — cash only. This place was so good, it prompted my first Unilocal review.

I stopped in just because I noticed it one evening while driving by. I’m glad I did. I just love the pulled pork with a lot of sauce, and the ribs with just a little sauce. The baked beans are pretty good too.
Well, anyway I liked it so much that I offered to build a website and set up facebook, google, etc. for them. Should be up within the next month, once we decide on a good domain name.
