I was really having a rough day and honestly was just getting food so I could sit in bed and eat my feelings. I had ordered online when I got to the store the entire staff greeted me with smiles. I had my daughter in her car seat and when my food was ready I picked her up an when to the counter to pick it up and without hesitation Antoinda asked if I was parked out front and she immediately walked to the door to take the bag out to the car since my hands were full. It’s 27 degrees out and she didn’t think twice. This small act of kindness was really appreciated and picked my day up. Thank you for the great service and making my day.

This Wingstop has the friendliest most helpful employees I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant, or any restaurant for that matter. We usually get take out here, but we brought our toddler this evening just to make sure the wings and fries would be piping hot. They brought him out a whole basket of boneless wings sans sauce, on the house! This was really unexpected, and on top of their excellent customer service, makes it a 5 star for me. We always ask for the bone-in wings«well done» for an extra bit of crispness. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Out of the 20 – 30 times I’ve been here the service has always been excellent.

I’m such a fan of Wingstop. I go to this location cause its closest to me. The staff is always friendly and remembers you. So I love the Mon. & Tues. 60 cents boneless wings special. I order a 10 pc. Half Atomic, the other half Lemon Peper. They were also feturing a new sauce the last time I was there. I can’t think of the name. But it was soo good. Definitely will be my new favorite. The fresh fries are just irresistible. Love the seasoning they put on them. Although sometimes they over season them. Rolls have never been good. Wish they would offer more sides like green beans, or mac n cheese.

I haven’t had traditional wings(don’t really like them — I’m lazy and consider them too much work!), but I think the boneless here are some of the best around. The flavor options are plentiful, and every one I’ve ever had are great. My personal favorites are the garlic parmesan and the lemon pepper(which seems like it wouldn’t be anything spectacular but really is). They also have good baked beans and fries. I also like that the employees are usually friendly, and it’s just a small place, so it doesn’t feel like the chain it really is.

Some of the best flavored boneless chicken wings around town. They have just enough variety of flavor to keep me trying different ones. I also enjoy their baked beans and seasoned fries. They always cook to order and it comes out piping hot. I don’t like wings with bones so you’ll to ask someone else about those.

I’ve got to tell you, the Wingstop on Grand is a customer service haven. Now, if you’ve ever been in that plaza area south of Chippewa, you will know it’s pretty ghetto. There are signs on every door: «No Restroom,» «No Water – Don’t Ask,» etc. It’s kind of a beggar’s stop. It gets to you, the customer, and it must get to the employees of these shops. But when you walk into Wingstop, you get the friendliest greeting you’re gonna have all day. Plus, you get good wings. We stopped in and they were introducing a new flavor, a Lousiana dry rub. The manager came around with samples and since we liked them, he offered to switch out some of our order. It turned out to be too late, but he was generous enough to include a few in our order for no charge. That’s customer service! And his employees were so attentive, even though we were in for a pick-up. It’s the little things that make us go back to places, and Wingstop now has me for life.

When you need a fix for some chicken wings, wingstop is ultra handy especially with those late hours! Thanks! When it comes to this location though… ratchett central. I would better advise to call ahead for a pick up. But be forceful! We came in, ordered, went back to the car to wait, about 20 min later got the food… yea it was kinda warm. So idk if it was sitting out, whatever. Oh and be careful calling, they might or might not pick up the phone, and if they do, you’ll be on hold until there is no more line or someone from the back picks up. Good fix for the chicken wings but let’s get more professional people.

Wing Stop’s catch phrase is, «The Wing Experts». I don’t think so. They were not«bad», I’ve just had better. In fact I’ve had better from a pizza joint or a pub and I was hoping for better. The fries, were limp and tasted as if they were prepared in old oil. Another big disappointment, after reading Shelly D’s glowing review. My co-workers get carry-out frequently from here, so I’ll re-visit too in hopes of a better experience. Perhaps they were just having an off night.

The wings and food are good. However, when I place an order for pickup, when I get to the restaurant, my order has not even been started. This has happened multiple times. Most recently I used the internet and gave them 45 minutes before I would be there. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.
