The president of the company came out on saturday when no other contractors would. Very professional. Very happy with installation & explanation of hvac system. Highly recommended.

Zipf Air replaced furnace, a/​c, and hot water heater at our house in late May. Our power bills have dropped 20−30% already. House is much more comfortable and we never run out of hot water. We had estimates from 3 companies, two Trane and Carrier dealers, and Zipf was in the middle for price, but gave us the most options. John Zipf treated our 50-​year old house as its own unique challenge rather than just offering us several packages. He developed a system that works for our layout (story and a half with hot attic bedrooms). Fast, efficient, very neat technicans – all was done in less than two days, and everything works well. I can’t say enough good things about him and his folks.
