I brought a long layered bridesmaid dress in on a Saturday afternoon and needed it back that Thursday and the manager was able to rush my dress and get it done by Wednesday. He took my measurements as soon as I walked in and was able to help me immediately. I was in a serious bind and he was able to really help me out. The dress fits perfect and I am very satisfied overall. I would recommend 3IN 1 to anyone looking for dress tailoring for weddings.

Took a bag here last minute for a zipper repair on a Thursday. I needed the bag for a Friday flight and was hoping to get it done same or next day. He warned that it depended on the type of zipper and what they had on hand. If they didn’t have it, it would have to be ordered. I understood as I shouldn’t have procrastinated so much. He called me a few hours later to let me know they had the exact zipper in the exact color (which I didn’t care about) and the bag was ready to be picked up at any time. It was so great to have it ready quickly and to get a phone call with an update. Really nice service and appreciate that he was upfront about the $ 5 rush charge. Thank you!

I came to these guys first before getting my measurements done at Savvi. First, I stopped in around lunchtime during my lunch hour to try to get measured. The woman there said the manager, who is the only one that can do measurements, wouldn’t be in the shop until after 2pm. That was odd, but I thought, «ok,» and decided to come back.
I came back after 2pm and the manager was doing a measurement of someone else. When he was done, the kid being measured gave him some money and left. Again, I thought that was odd.
The woman that I saw at lunch time was there and told the manager I was there for a measurement. He was about to start when I asked if it would cost me anything. «$ 3,» he replied. I smiled at him and said, «thanks, but no thanks.»
Now I give the shop the benefit of the doubt because this is obviously a very small mom and pop shop. The manager was probably the husband of the woman that was there initially. However, I didn’t like that the «manager» was the only person that could to measurements and wasn’t available. And I also didn’t like that he was going to do a measurement without telling me it would cost money.
As a tailor and formalwear shop, they might still be very good. I just didn’t have a good experience.
