Unprofessional management, but the cleaners do a good job. So we stayed with them for a while. When it got to the point of needing to know when they were going to be on site, it became dicey and was apparent that communication was an issue. After multiple incidents of a schedule change made multiple times in a single day for one visit, the last straw was the mistake of forgetting us and then squeezing us into the schedule toward the end of the day. Their late arrival would have pushed them into time that we would want to be at home and relaxing without having cleaners running around. So I sent them away. An Angie’s list review I posted after this was followed up with a response from the owner who said a few things that were a bit of a stretch at best. Very disappointing end to the whole thing. We are now working with someone else who is quite responsive and professional.
