We looked around and were asked once if we needed any help. We said we needed a minute, browsed some more and then asked the receptionist if we could talk to someone about cabinets and counter tops. Well, we were informed no one could help us(we were the only customers in the store). When we asked again the receptionist told us to come back later. Then we asked again, in another more pointed way«really, no one can talk to us about what you guys exist to sell?» Answer: Come back later, no one can talk with you about that. They had staff available(the woman who originally asked us if we needed help). Why not say«well our experts aren’t here, but you can talk to so-and-so, and I am sure they can get you started or try to answer your questions». My husband and I both have very busy work schedules, but managed to get here about 6pm on a Wednesday(they close at 8pm). Why bother being open at all when your answer to customers is «come back later, {no one can help you with basic information}.» Um… no, I don’t think I will.

Bravo to this place for recycling for FREE old/no longer working appliances! Our microwave decided to throw a tantrum this past week started smoking and decided to quit working. So we were left with a big hunk of junk in our kitchen trying to figure out what to do with it. After Googling places to dispose of it– All Inc finally came up. Free disposal of old appliances! Many places charge to dispose of them(that I found on the internet). Loaded up the microwave, drove down and placed it on a semi– trailer with all the other useless appliances bound for wherever. One of the guys even came out to help us, but my dad had already unloaded and loaded it on to the semi. Excellent business and a great resource for getting rid of unwanted items!

This place is like the Disney World of kitchens. They are even carrying some retro appliances. I’ve been to some gatherings here. But the best one I newly discovered is this is where local celebrity chef John Michael Lerma has his classes and demos. If you’re gonna take classes anywhere start with his and do them here. My kitchen needs doing soon, and it’s gonna be hard with so many great designs to choose from. I love the handy location.
