Said they could do snow removal and then with no warning said they could’t due to «condition of driveway» despite the fact others have plowed the driveway. when asked for clarification, no further information could be obtained. Poor service provider

When i connected with this company, they came out a few days later to give me an estimate. After that, the trouble started. They didn’t send an estimate and when. I contacted them again they said they hadn’t been able to get out on the roof but they would in the next week, I waited yet another week (this was in October so winter was looming) not a phone call or an email. I called again and was told they had decided my job was too small to go ahead with. I protested that they had promised for two weeks to take care of it and they agreed that would do what they promised. That was two weeks ago and they haven’t returned a phone call or email. I decided to go with the Roof Guys and not only did they come out when they promised but the job was done in a day and came in at a very reasonable price. Call the Roof guys instead!
