Azure Properties

I live in Round Lake Estates. First of all, they’re not very estately. Don’t get me wrong, but when I picture an estate, I think more palatial. These are relatively safe, moderately nice, and suitable middling apartments. For the price, they are much more stately than many others. There’s covered parking included in rent. Washer Dryer hookups in the units. Practially immediate and FRIENDLY maintenance. A very accessable but un-​nosy property manager. Well kept lawn and grounds. Safe for kids to play outside and no worries about walking around or sitting outside at night. They are always fixing things and if I ask anything of them, they kindly oblige.
On the somewhat negative side, they don’t allow dogs or cats. I can see why, but I wish there was a building or townhome or at least one unit that allowed pets. I have been hankering to get a dog, but living here, that’s out of the question. That is unrelated to the quality of service or product this company provides, but it would be a nice feature for those of us that prefer fur babies to human ones.
