I had a horrible experience with them. I am writing this so no one else would get fooled by them. Please be aware before signing their«Welcome» sheet, they are going to show you a model unit or a unit that is already vacant and then give you a unit which is nothing like the units that they showed you. My experience was that Kris showed me a unit months ago which I liked but I didn’t rent it at that time, so recently I went back to rent a similar unit, they said that there is going to be one available at the time that I needed the apartment. she said that the only difference is that the flooring is carpet. I even asked what is the flooring in the kitchen, or if she has any pictures of the apartment, she said no and that I have to trust her and the unit is a nice unit. Unfortunately I trusted her and signed the welcome sheet and paid the deposit and fees. She always tells you that there are lots of other applicants and that you have to sign it as soon as possible because they are going to give it to someone else. Please do a favor to yourselves and do not sign anything with them until you see the actual unit that you are going to move in or you are going to regret it! Thank god that at least I didn’t sign the lease or I had to move in to a unit which smelled very very bad, the flooring in the kitchen was vinyl and wasn’t even glued properly, the carpet was ugly. There was water stains and stains all over the bathroom walls. There were dents on the storage door, it looked nothing like the unit that Kris showed me the previous time. I believe that she didn’t want to show me the unit until the last second because she knew that I would not like it and so when we were done looking at the apartment and she noticed that I don’t like it she said that they have another unit available which was of coarse more expensive! She showed me that unit which was nice but I didn’t want to pay that much. And of coarse she told me that there are lots of people waiting for that one too and that I have to decide in an hour or some one else has called to come and lease the apartment. This whole thing was 3 days before my move, I had already wrote my vacant notice for my storage, so I had to empty my storage but I was lucky enough to have a friend who let me put my stuff at their place. I did not move in that awful unit but they didn’t even give me back the refundable part of my deposit although I called to talk to Kris again and I asked to talk with her boss, but her boss never called me and when I went there her colleague Tara talked with me, and she was very very rude to me. Do not trust them and do not get fooled by the outside area! It is better to rent somewhere else but to have the ease of mind! Also I talked about my experience with one of my friends and I found out that she lived there for 8 months and she said that it was horrible too.

We went to rent the apartments last week and the office was less than welcoming. We asked if we can sit and the lady said she doesn’t have the time so we need to make an appointment to talk to them. Minneapolis is a big town and I am sure they have no problem renting their apartments… But where did manners go ?? Was she rude yes she was … But we were just looking for an apartment for a new family that started working for my firm that had just moved here from India. She was outright rude to us and didn’t give us any information. Not sure what happens to actual renters there but I am glad my company chose another establishment for renting out the apartment there. This visit left a bad taste in our mouth. They should learn how to treat new customers
