My husband and I wanted to cancel our current cell phone plan with ATT and switch to TMobile to save some money. We ended up going to the Best Buy Mobile store in Maplewood Mall, and our experience was great!
Bridget helped us pick phones, cancelled our account with ATT, set up our new plan with TMobile, helped us save money by recommending different ways to set up the plan and even helped us save more money by setting up internet for our home through TMobile as well (much cheaper than Comcast). She stayed half an hour after the store closed to get everything activated, set up and explained everything.
If we ever need help with our phones or internet we will be back and asking for Bridget!
