On December 16, 2015 is was shopping in the Mall of America store and sat down to try a massage chair. The first employee was very helpful assisting me with questions. When we walked away, I sat down to try a second chair and your store manager on duty «Rolando» stepped over and TOOK the remote out of my hand scratching my hand with his finer nail and said «customers aren’t allowed to use the remotes by themselves». I have never been so offended in a Brookstone in all the years I’ve been a faithful customer! I then asked for the manager and he laughed at me and said «yup that’s me». He then started to berate me in front of employees and customers by saying «I just tried to show him how to use it — obviously he didn’t know what he was doing because his head rest wasn’t on — haha» — horrible!
