Conveniently located within the MN History Center and glad it was there the other day.
I had planned to meet a friend down by the Capitol and it started raining, so we lucked out and decided to have lunch at Café Minnesota which is located on the ground level.
For all the cafeteria –esque places to eat, this is one of the better ones. Burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and other typical lunch line options. We both opted for the pizza. I had the salami with peppers pizza. While it was good, it was heavily oiled with olive oil on the bottom, but still good.
They have bottled drinks and fountain drinks.
Cute eating area with lots of tables and wireless.
Discount for being a state employee.
Friendly staff.
