Staff are friendly and work at lightning speeds — I’m a Mac student just across the street, so I put a premium on speed, especially when I am picking up a drink before class.
My only issue? The parking in this little retail complex is a bit out of whack. Difficult to navigate due to the size and frequent traffic, but that is not Caribou’s fault — there are several businesses (from memory, I can count 3 plus the Fed Ex next door) sharing one small parking lot. There used to be a GIANT pot hole in the lot (I drive a Prius and I got stuck!) but it has been fixed.
I just wish that they had a drive-through. But when you look @ the location, you can see that there isn’t room for it.

Caribou is a decent coffee place. The staff is pretty friendly. The coffee is always hot. It’s a comfortable place to grab a cup of joe. The parking at this place can be a bit tricky, since it’s a small lot.

This Caribou is convenient as it by my place and pretty close to both 94 and 35. I don’t stop too often, but when I do the staff is friendly and quick to make my order.
I would have to agree with other reviewers that say parking can be tricky at times. When you enter off of Snelling, make sure you take the first entrance (right after the big signs) as the next opening on the right is the exit. I’ve seen too many people go in the wrong way and almost get into an accident.
Coffee is generally pretty good here. There have only been a couple times where it had a slightly burnt taste to it. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, but I wish that they had a couple more options.

Convenient with my other errands, staff is friendly, service is always quick, and there’s always a good chance one will run into another person s/he knows. Parking is sometimes good, sometimes bad — depending on the time of the day and when the other surrounding businesses are open.

The coffee joint was clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. Parking is kind of tricky so be careful. The smaller the car the better. I love coffee from Caribou and they do not disappoint. I will hopefully make this a regular place to visit.
