The rudest person I have ever dealt with. I called the store and the gentlemen did not identify himself or the business which left me momentarily confused. I asked if I had called the right number and was met with a «Look buddy I’ve got a lot of customers you’ll have to stop in». Why answer the phone if you aren’t interested in answering questions? That’s the part I do not understand.
I will not be stopping in.

Customer service is impeccable! The person at the store was respectful, honest, and professional! From what I see, they have a great selection of all tobacco, cigars and more. I just went in for some lighter fluid and the guy helped me clean the back sticker residue off my new Zippo too… so i got some flint and wicks. Keep up the great service!
