First Nails

I decided to come to First Nails after I realized that the other nail place in the mall is no longer there and I didn’t feel like driving to Serenity Nails in St. Paul. I asked for a UV Gel French manicure and my nails were desperate for a trim. Apparently this shop closes before the mall does and the young lady doing my nails was in a hurry. My nails were not shaped uniformly and I had to file off many rough edges when I got to my vehicle. This manicure certainly isn’t the same quality as the last one I had at another shop but it was also almost $ 20 less. I don’t know if I would stop here again or recommend this shop. The prices are reasonable and if they slow down and take their time it would help the quality.

I had to get a fill done at this location because I couldn’t get in with my normal salon because of work hours. I will never go back again. It’s been 4 days and my gel polish is already chipping off on muiltple nails. The guy was pushy and rude. I will never go back to this place

Horrible service, will never come again. The lady was too rough, and did a very sloppy job. Waste of my time and money
