Great store, very helpful and close to all my home project stuff… Their winter program is awesome!

I see commercials from this place and expected much better customer service. I picked out a very tall shepherd hook outside, came in to look for a few birdhouses. Between the many older men walking around the store & the many younger kids standing around, not one person asked me if they could hold the very heavy and awkward shepherd hook at the register. I literally almost nailed a lady in the aisle and she was irritated until I told her nobody offered to put it on hold for me so what the hay? Management really needs to work with their staff on customer service skills. The Suburban Ace guys in Roseville on Lexington go way out of their way to help find things, carry things to my car and make pleasant conversation. Not a repeat for me.
