Hermes floral was recommended to me by the funeral home. We stopped by after making arrangements for my fathers funeral. They were very professional and quick to help us. We picked out a few arrangements with a couple of modifications. When we walked into the service I was amazed at the beautiful display of flowers — everything we picked was EXACTLY like the pictures we chose, with the substitutions we requested. The red roses were absolutely perfect, even the funeral director commented on how beautiful they were. Highly recommend!

Hermes Floral is our place to shop from now on! We were impressed with the variety of items that we had to choose from. The friendly staff, the reasonable prices & the beautiful arrangements… all in one !!! We stopped to look for a gift & ended up with a few gifts for ourselves!

I ordered flowers from Hermes Floral for my grandmother’s funeral, which we were unable to attend because we live abroad. After the funeral was over, we were informed that they were unable to deliver them in time due to distance. They never contacted us to notify that there was a problem, but waited until the service was finished. I believe that this is extremely unprofessional and that there is no excuse for such behavior. It was hurtful beyond words. If your flower order is important to you, please use another shop.

I am so impressed by their flexibility. I found out about a friend who passed away only 2 hours before the funeral. I tried a few places who said they couldn’t do anything on such short notice — and that’s perfectly understandable. However, it was important to get something over there since I live out of state. I called Hermes and spoke with the sweetest woman who said they would find someone to drop it off even though the drivers wouldn’t make it. They put it together and delivered it within an hour and didn’t charge me an extra delivery fee. The entire process took 5 minutes of my time, and they were completely gracious with my short timeline. I recommend them without hesitation!

Herme’s floral is probably the only reason I haven’t been disowned by my mother for poor birthday etiquette. Yes, I’m the kind of son that starts looking for a birthday present one day after the actual birthday. Yes, I do actually care about celebrating my mother’s birthday. You can see where the two conflict.
Herme’s is great. I basically call in the yearly emergency, credit card in hand, and they save my relationship. You just say the amount you want to spend, where it should go, and they take care of the rest. The floral designers take complete artistic freedom, and always do a great job.
The same day delivery is the main selling point.
