I love Jimmy Johns, but this is the SLOWEST LOCATION EVER for delivery! We live about 5 blocks away and we have waited 45+ minutes every single time we’ve ordered in the past year (this never used to be a problem with this location). So much for freaky fast :/

Gonna start the same way that Carly M did…“Just to be clear, I really like their subs”.
They have the BEST veggie sub that I have ever had! And outside of a rude cashier when I stopped in once right at closing, going in-​store NEVER has a problem
But, first, she is correct, JJs in general does tack on the nasty delivery fees. I even met someone who worked for JJs and that person was shocked when they implemented the upcharges! Secondly, again with JJs corporate, I have always wanted to get an Unwich. Which costs them about $ 1 because it is sandwich fillings wrapped in a lettuce leaf!!! And they charge about 800% more than their cost. Sorry, would love to try it but not for that price!
Now, MY particular guff is with THIS specific JJs (New Brighton) delivery. When I first moved to the area, we ordered on moving day to feed our friends. The order was about $ 80 and it was there in about 15 min (about 1.5 miles from the store). Since then, there has been NOTHING «freaky fast» about this location’s delivery. My delivery times from that location have ranged from about 40 min to about 90 min. And no, the 90 min is NOT an exaggeration. It happened and NOT on a cold, blizzard day in January! No call from them with a «late head’s up», and when I called them after 40 min, they said that the delivery would be there soon, they were just really busy. And then I waited almost another hour. So, since then, for us, this location has been dubbed «freaky slow». About every 6 months I try again thinking that they HAVE to have improved. Nope.

Need some adult supervision here. The music is so loud that the customers are yelling their orders. This is louder than a club and bad music to boot.

This JJ is near my home and is dependable and friendly.

Okay just to be clear, I really like their subs.
I’m pissed about their delivery. I don’t care what the ads say, their delivery could be better because a) they have a delivery charge and b) they have a 2^nd hidden delivery charge.
That’s right, two delivery charges.
If you check your itemized bank account, you’ll see them.
