I’ve used this tailor for pants hemming probably 3 – 4 times now for probably 8 – 10 pairs of pants and been happy each time. The main lady who works the desk is very nice and encourages you to try on your pants so she can mark them. I like that she doesn’t rush you.
In fact, I dropped off a pair of pants yesterday and she asked me two times if I was sure I didn’t want to try them on.
My only complaint and this may be petty because I’m not sure what it *should* cost is that hemming costs $ 13 – 15 per pair of pants. I probably shouldn’t complain though, I can’t do it myself!
I’ve used the dry cleaning service once and it was absolutely fine.
