The customer service has been sub-par since I moved in. On my move in day the apartment hadn’t been cleaned or painted and moving from WI my family and I had to sit in the lobby with all my belongings for 5 hours. On top of that, the accessibility to the maintenance team is limited and the office staff does very little to help when it is considered an «emergency» in their eyes. Very little urgency to take care of the customer. And lastly, they upped my rent on my 1bdr to 1240, but when showing my apt to a new guest(while I was in my apt) they mentioned it for 1215. Really?!
