I was entering grad school, and I needed a new computer to get me through homework, writing, class planning, research, gaming, ordering pizza, etc. — but I don’t know much about computers and I didn’t know where to start or what computer would work best for my needs. I called Lowertown and Paul actually met me at Micro Center to help me pick out a new laptop. He helped me talk to the salespeople and determine what computer would work best for me. He then helped me set it up and got everything I needed installed and ready. Three months later, I am still thoroughly happy with my choice. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. The customer service was great, and Paul was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He was extremely patient with my technological challenges! I’ll definitely recommend Lowertown computer repair to my friends and neighbors. Hopefully I don’t have any computer problems for a while, but if I do, I know who to call!
