I was a member of the YWCA back in the day when Lynn Patricia was working her magic there. I went to her for an appointment for my injured shoulder and she«fixed» me in one hour. I’m a softball/volleyball player who has battled range of motion injuries, bursitis, and tendonitis since high school, and during this particular episode I couldn’t lift my arm above my head. But in one hour, Lynn got me to the point where I could do a full arm circle with no pain – full range of motion. I was stunned… and hooked. Fast forward to her opening her own clinic. It’s been many years and I still see Lynn for my various sports injuries and for general aches and pains. I’ve even seen her for a standard full-body massage as well. I love how deep she gets into the muscles and connective tissues, and how she uses resistance stretching when needed. She’s a gem and we’re lucky to have her in the Twin Cities. Lynn has kept this 35-year-old on the field and on the court, playing competitively. I’ve recommended her to several of my friends and all have loved her work as well. Not only do I *love* her work, but I feel like she truly, deeply cares for the well-being of her clients. I highly recommend her services.

Lynn Patricia has a gift. If you want to benefit, book now because her massage times(whether for deep tissue or ‘normal’ massages) fill up quickly! In a serendipitous connection via Google Local, I found Massage Geek one day while looking for«therapeutic massage» services in St. Paul to augment my sports-medicine chiropractor appointments. I’m a runner with chronic IT band problems — okay, let’s be honest, I haven’t run for a couple of years now — so when reading reviews on their site about Lynn(many of whom were touting her ‘magic hands’ in regards to IT band issues) I had to try out her massages for myself. Of course, I’m in there for therapy for my muscles/ligaments, not for my soul… and she’s one tough cookie. She works the heck out of my knots and issues, and is great at hitting on spots I wasn’t even aware I had problems with — she’s very knowledgeable about the whole concept of «the ankle-bone’s-connected-to-the-leg-bone». She’s even shown me some GREAT stretches to get to those hard-to-stretch-out places which I’ve implemented into my routine. Each time I’ve walked in, she’s remembered some nugget of information I gave her the previous time which she doesn’t have written down — she’s an excellent listener and her manner is very soothing. Can’t say enough about the skills of this wonderful masseuse! All I can tell you is «get geekified» and book an appointment with Lynn Patricia :)
