Network Liquors

Works for my particular tastes and is close. Reasonably priced too. Found some interesting beer varieties here, but no Surly’s. What’s up with that?

So there I was, driving around aimlessly on a Wednesday morning after a job interview. Stone cold sober AND hopeless? Sounds like a job for booze. I almost drove by Network without stopping because the storefront doesn’t really distinguish itself. It blends into the rest of the strip mall.
The aisles were a bit cramped, but the selection was ridiculously good. I found a few new beers as well as some of my favorite wines. I’ve recently discovered Rosa Regale and had been paying about $ 25 a bottle. Here it cost $ 20 and it wasn’t even on sale.
I was checked out by the owner, a friendly guy with lots of sauce knowledge. He informed me that the store holds wine tastings every Friday. I haven’t gone to any, but there it is. I didn’t get a smarmy or shady feeling about the place at all, which is a gigantic accomplishment for any liquor store.
