Coupons from this company are deceiving. I spent an hour trying on clothes and trying to find enough stuff to use my $ 25 off $ 75 coupon, only to find out when I got to the counter that it wasn’t valid because there was a sale on. What is the point of giving out these things if you can’t use them? I left the store in tears. Not everyone can afford to blow $ 75 on cheap clothes from china.

Asked them to place some clothes on hold for me as I forgot my city cash. She assured me it would be held until close the next evening. Came back the next day only to be told that thy must’ve been put back but that I could go look for them again… I actually started to try and remember where the stiff was but it appeared to have been moved around. I informed the sales lady who was very non chalant and could care less that I wouldn’t be shopping there and promptly life. I’m don’t shopping at the rosedale mall one…

I never used to shop at NY & Co. until now because it never really seemed to fit my style, plus I guess I always assumed their clothing was higher priced than it is – But something caught my eye the other day, and once I entered I felt like I had discovered a whole new world!
Can you believe I got 2 dresses, a top, a belt and a jacket for under $ 100?! That’s right ladies… they have really great deals! Many of the items I was looking at were BOGO 75% off, which was great because when I couldn’t decide between 2 different LBD’s (little black dresses), I got both! :) They have some really cute stuff, especially for ²⁰⁄₃₀ something working girl like me. What I really like about a lot of the clothes they have there right now is that they are the perfect items to not only wear to work, but be cute and classy enough to wear «after 5». I was pretty impressed with some of the fabrics as well – a couple of the dresses I tried on were so soft and comfortable, I just wanted to frolic in them all day!
The service was also great. I was shopping with a friend, and we do a lot of gabbing while shopping – the saleswoman that was helping us was always around when we needed her, but left us to chat and shop on our own as well.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I will surely be back!

I’m not a cutsey pie– girly dresser. Sometimes I wish I was. Other times I feel like dressing up is like a 4 year old rolling around the floor complaining because the dress sucks and the tights itch.
Luckily there is NY& Co. I’ve gradually made my way back to the mall to look for «business professional» attire. Needed a shot of variety for spring and summer if it ever warms up. In the winter I can get away with sweaters and pants.
Ny&Co has a lot of really great deals. Buy one, get ones, or buy one, get half off. Their pants come in average and short length which works out for me. I can’t hem or sew to save my life, so the short comes in very handy.
They usually have a really nice selection of tops and their pants fit me to a T.
Nice casual jewelry section that always seems to be on sale.
Rewards program with city cash.
Easy return both in store and on –line which is a big bonus. I recently returned a bunch of shirts I ordered on-​line that looked great on– line, but not on me.
I may have to start frequenting this store more even if it means trudging back through the mall.
Associates are very nice, helpful and personable and not in a fake sign up for a credit card way…
