Very pleased to find the café available — by chance the main cafeteria had just closed on a Sunday afternoon so I sought out this as an alternative. The hummus and veggie wrap was excellent, with lots of fresh vegetables and a very good tortilla. The margherita flatbread was also excellent. Loved the spicy Mexican cocoa. Many other food choices, and many hot and cold beverages. Prices very reasonable ($ 6 or so for most hot food items). I noticed that many of the customers were hospital staff, which is a good sign. I recommend the Overlook as the first choice for food and beverages at Regions.

The first review pretty much sums it up.
Although everything comes from the food behemoth Sysco (as opposed to the computer behemoth Cisco), it is surprisingly very good, and certainly much better than the main cafeteria down the hall. Sysco must have different levels of options for cafeterias, starting with pig slop, working your way up through many levels to get to «fit for human consumption,» and apparently even, «hmm, that’s not bad at all.»
Having all but lived in Gillette Hospital for 6 weeks, in that haze that only comes from spending large amounts of time involuntarily in huge, institutional spaces, such as hospitals, airports, and circuses, my guilty pleasure would be the scrumptious pieces of various cakes that tease all who wander past the deli section. Sometimes I would just go by to literally just look at them, not wanting to give in to the high price and calories involved.
Sandwiches/​paninis are good too.

If you happen to be at Region’s Hospital, stop by the Overlook Coffee & Deli Café! The staff is friendly and almost always has a smile on their face.
The baked goods are delicious! Especially, their chocolate chip cookies and their oatmeal raisin cookies. The cookies are simply addicting. If they don’t have any cookies out, ask the staff and they will typically make more if it is not too late in the day. Their apple turnovers are also great!
They carry a variety of healthy and vegetarian options at the Café. For example, they have salads, pita with hummus and nummy sandwiches.
Starbuck’s coffee is brewed here and pricing is similar to your typical coffee shop!
