We went here with a groupon for outside photo shoot. It has been a while since we had a family photo(like 10 yrs), and this was too good of a deal to pass up. Becka did an awesome job finding the best places for fall colors & even capturing the dog looking great(he’s the most photogenic of us!).

Ritz Camera and ProEx filed for bankruptcy and all Minnesota stores closed down on November 1, 2012. I understand the Highland store plans to re-open under a new owner and with a new name.

I’ve never been treated more rudely at a retail store. Unbelievably bad. I’ve visited this location twice. The first time the clerk could barely be bothered to take my credit card and hand over my prints. Upon examination, the shop had printed several images in duplicate and had not printed several other images I wanted(even though the images showed up on the contact card). The second visit culminated in a different associate refusing to print a series of images from my wife and I’s wedding despite the fact we own the copyright on the images. The clerk I talked to demanded proof I owned the photos on the spot, which I explained I could not provide, since a friend had shot the photos with no contract. Avoid this location at all costs, there are countless other places to print your photos that are competent and do not make their customers feel like criminals.

There are only a few places I would consider taking my photos to for finishing, and Proex/Ritz is my favorite for convenience and price(especially if you are part of the Frequent Foto program — well worth the $ 25 annual fee). The paper used is higher quality, color balance is always true to form, service staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I also love the number of locations they have. My favorite perk is being able to upload my photos to , and have the images(up to 8×10) printed and waiting for me at the location of my choice in an hour. Sweet…
