Have lived here for two years. Adore the property. Jamie, Al, Rhonda, Pete, Steve and Brian run this slice of Shoreview and have bent over backwards with awesome service. A very family friendly property; indoor pool, patios, playground, big field to walk dogs. Maintenance is on the spot when you need them and the neighbors are great. A great place to come home to after a long day. If you are thinking about renting, email me
and I will tell you about a move in discount! I have lived in many places/​cities from New York to Las Vegas to MN and this is my fav of all times.

Lived here for 3 years. During that time there were 2 large-​scale fires.
The acoustics are better at any college dorm. I could hear way too much of what our upstairs neighbor was doing, and our downstairs neighbor apparently took a hit out on us because «we were so loud.» Um, no, it’s called really crappy, squeaky floors. Awful. It made us feel like we had no privacy whatsoever.
The office staff was okay, oh except for the fact that they would delay notifying us about packages delivered.
I’m giving 3 stars because it was an apartment after all, so how much can you expect? At least it was cheap.
