1 star for trying to rape you for everything. If you’re a sucker, they’ll recommend unnecessary stuff like extra xrays, gas, and fluoride. They put a retainer in my kid and insist it get gets checked every 3 months or their warranty will be voided. If your kid comes in and is not cooperative, you still get charged. If you miss you an appointment, you get charged. If you go over your appointment, you get charged.
They prey on people with MN Care or U Care because they know it costs those people nothing and they can itemize all they want and they will get paid. They try to pressure you into scheduling a follow up call when you don’t really need to. It costs about $ 300 for my kid to go in and open his mouth for 30 seconds so they can see that his retainer is doing good.
When I try not to schedule a follow up, the staff is trained to know exactly what to say to make you feel guilty about not bringing your kid in. The whole health care system in the US is a big scam. These guys know it and exploit it.

I love this dentist office. My daughter I’d autistic and doesn’t always do good in new situations but she loves going to the dentist. The staff is wonderfully patient. She loves the fact that she gets to pick a movie to watch while in the chair.

From the front desk to the exam room, everyone was professional, courteous and fun! My kids are anxious children (to say the least) but the staff is patient and kind answering their questions and calming their fears. It is truly amazing how far we’ve come from their first appointment to now, they no longer worry and stress about what will be done. They know Dr. Haman has their best interest in mind.
