Starbucks

The lattes at this location always seems off. I always get a skim extra hot latte and at most locations the flavor is pretty comparable but not here. The espresso almost tastes burnt.

Come on, guys… get your act together! Open another register when you have a line, and keep that line moving. I walked out today because I got tired of standing there while employees were wandering around aimlessly behind the counter.

They have great service ! & love to go their it feels at home and once you enter you feel a very welcoming vibe love jt !

This Starbucks is the only one along our regular errands route, which is really unfortunate. It is a huge pain to get to due to its terrible location. It is tiny and always dirty. The drive thru has room for only a handful of cars, all of which block the parking lot and entrance (hence my first point). The worst part though is that the customer service vacillates between being just so-​so and actually bordering on rude. One thing I like about Starbucks is the consistency in the quality of food and drink, and the friendliness of their employees. I have been to Starbucks (Starbuckses? what is the plural?) a lot, both here and in Seattle, and rarely experience service that is anything below welcoming and friendly, or when the coffee is incorrect or sub-​par. At this location though, it seems to be the norm. Not a good thing for an organization that clearly strives for a welcoming, consistent customer experience!
Unfortunately, if you are along Robert St. Caribou or Panera is the much better choice.

This is definitely not a Seattle Starbucks. This is not Seattle period. I have a hard time finding anything good to say about the Twin Cities in general. This is a good enough Starbucks though in a fairly rough part of town. The road conditions getting to this location are horrendous at best but then the driving here has been one of a kind, awful. Not that there is a lot of traffic, just a lot of terrible driving. (drink more coffee) Is the only shop in the area to get a decent coffee. I tried Caribou (no thanks) blah. Save your money and get a Starbucks. Frankly, the only thing to do in the Twin cities it seems is to Eat, and drink. Can’t wait to get home.

Starbucks is Starbucks… above average coffee and drinks with a way above average loyalty program. I walked in here for the first time after a few times using the drive-​thru. I have to say, the one thing besides ambience that distinguishes on Starbuck from another are its people. With the loyalty program, all the drink choices and now food items and ambiance, if the people aren’t right than it doesn’t matter.
This is one of the most if not the friendliest Starbuck I’ve been in. The person that helped me whose name I can’t remember was awesome, a younger college dude. There is a manager/​lead kinda a person who works here who is always serious and never smiles but over all, great service, clean self-​service stand/​bathrooms, decent wifi and not too loud music.

Yes, Starbucks is spendy… blah blah blah. You knew that before you came here, so why complain about it?
Everything about this Starbucks is… well…Starbucks. The coffee is good, the place is clean, the servers are friendly… and they can’t multitask. No news here.

Bux is Bux as far as the goods go, but I love the folks here at the drive-​thru! This is my new Starbucks Drive Thru since moving downtown and I go pretty much every day for a break in my work day to grab a tea or coffee with my pooch, Teddi.
Super friendly staff and not that fake friendly, but rather a real nice people friendly, and they have a private stash of dog treats!!! Much different from my last Starbucks where I once asked and was told…“Lots of people come through the drive thru with dogs, we can not give every dog a treat.”…Hmmm…Well, GUESS WHAT??? This Starbucks does!!! Shhhhh… Don’t tell anyone, I do think its a little secret.
Teddi and I look forward to going here everyday and we both always leave happy; myself with my fave drink in hand, and the happy pooch with his little dog treat! I

SBUX consistency. Nice folks at the drive thru, even treatie for our puppy! Nice location, Robert & Thompson.
We went in the next day to order, nice folks again. The inside is clean, nice places to sit. Plenty of interesting coffee paraphenilia for sale.
Just 2 other folks sitting inside. Too cold for outside that day, but they have some seats out there. Might get a bit loud on Robert.
