Steve is outstanding. He’s professional, incredibly accessible, and also genuinely caring. From the moment we first sat down with him, to the market research, to the listing, to the sale, we felt that we were his number one priority. You couldn’t ask for a more supportive realtor! Despite listing in a so-so market (we were relocating for work), Steve had the knowledge and experience to get the best possible result for us. (Heck, we sold the house in four days — and for the best price we could have imagined!) We would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Steve Casalenda to sell your house. (Or to help you buy your house). Also, he’s really one heck of a nice guy, a St. Paul native, involved with the community.

We had another realtor that we got to know very well… and that’s not a good sign because that meant that we hadn’t found a house yet! And hence, how we got to Steve.
We didn’t get to know Steve very well, but that’s because we found a house in about a month!
This guy is goooood — professional, knowledgeable, and has experience in homes. He used to flip homes, so he knows if something is of good quality/craftmanship. And that was really important to us knowing how many homes in this market are flipped poorly (we watched too much Holmes Inspection).
He also works like a mad man! We received responses from him at 11… at night. He would call us, check in on us, follow up… the works!
Our favorite part of Steve, though, was that he never said, «ooooh, offer full price or else you won’t get the house.» He was on our side. He wasn’t afraid to let us put in a fair offer. He was… awesome.
I definitely would recommend Steve in a heartbeat… or in a door knock (heh heh heh).
