We had an issue with our stove. The warranty company gave us to Steve’s Appliance. Bob was the repairman who came out and he was VERY rude to my wife. She is generally pretty easy going, but he really ticked her off with his rudeness and condescending comments. I would never use them again.

Incompetent Service. Hired a repairman from Steve’s to look at our refrigerator. Within 10 minutes it was obvious he had no idea what he was doing, he was bumbling and completely incapable of troubleshooting. I felt bad for him and started to suggest options, one of which he jumped at as it meant he didn’t have to do anything. For this I was charged $ 100. He wrote the suggestion I made to him on the invoice as if it was his! I guess he had to write something, as the only other option was to leave it blank. I did consider changing careers. $ 100 for 20 minutes of staring at a refrigerator blankly seemed like a decent way to make a living, but thought against it as I would have to work for this clip joint, as nowhere else would keep incompetence like this around.

I had a very bad except experience with Steve’s appliance. Not a lot of help in showroom and after purchase it got worse. Delivery crew damaged my appliance when they took it off the truck. I wouldn’t trust the delivery guys out of my sight! Both looked dirty and sneaky! Although I did get a discount the appliance did not work and was told to wait 24 hours. Still didn’t work! Was told it was a manufacture warranty issue and they wouldn’t fix it. After bitching about it two guys one claiming to be an owner came out to look at it. He tore it apart without a care that it was new! He got it working and said with an attitude he would replace it. It has been a month and no call! I called and they never intended on replacing appliance. I do not recommend buying form Steve!!!

Sold us a defective refrigerator, couldn’t fix it, wouldn’t let us return it even under warranty. Worst customer service ever experienced by staff and the owner. Horrible experience. NEVER shop here or support this crooked business.

When I was shopping around for my refrigerator I wanted to support a local business instead of the big box store. I went in and met with one of the sales person and was sold on a product based on the warranty and customer service, when I encountered an issue 8 months down the road I realize that this place is like most places and pushed you off to the manufacture instead of their service department. Apparently their service department is only used when they can bill an individual for work. Praise The Lord another sucker!
