I have been here a few times to buy some alcohol. This is a good place for such when I am in the area. The neon lights make this place easy to find. I hope they do not take away the lights because without them, I know the place would become hard to find because of how well it blends with the surroundings. There is a decent selection of alcohol in here, considering the smaller-than-average space that they have. I have always been able to find what I am looking for. This place is great for a quick in-and-out purchase. The inside is arranged well, and I am able to find everything easily. I have never had to ask the employees for help to find my alcohol of choice. The employees also have a good eye on cleanliness. I have never had any major problems with counters or floors being dirty. Therefore, I feel comfortable walking around. The employees are friendly. I have seen them be helpful to other customers who need assistance, though I have never had to ask. I have also been able to carry a good conversation with the cashier when there is nobody waiting in line. When I am in the area and need to buy some alcohol, I will continue keeping this place in mind. I feel like I can count on them to have what I need and for my buying experience to be quick.

The nice older couple who run the place are always a pleasure to deal with. They are kind, make small talk when it’s appropriate, and hustle me along when I’m in a hurry. The selection of vodkas, gins, and whiskeys are pretty standard, but have a decent selection of micro brews. It’s nice to see that they stock Fullton St. Pricing is competitive. My only complaint is the hours. They close at 7:00 on weekdays which is pretty early for a liquor store. I end up crossing the river to Sunfish Cellars when I want something a little nicer, some wine, or it’s 7:15. Oh, and there isn’t a drive-in despite the name.

The place is functional yet odd. On the outside the neon helps it stand out and makes it inviting. The inside though feels off. The beer is all along the back wall coolers, oh and one smaller cooler in the back left corner that I saw as I was paying. And then there is that odd dusty collection of bottles and cans on a top shelf running along the right hand side of the store above spirits. Some were one offs, others had three but all too high for the average customer to grab. The back left corner of the store feels like a weird 70’s split level. The upstairs goes to an office and the downstairs to a old wine cellar that is being used to store boxes. The price are fait and in fact, better then some of other stores around. but none the less, It kinda feels like they are going through the motion. But because of the prices and if I’m in a pinch, I’ll be back.

Nice people that run this place. I generally get a «hello» or a «can I help you find something» when I get through the door. The prices seem fair. They have decent selection of beer and hard liquor. The wine selection is very limited but they have some brands available to get you something that will work. The store on the old side inside and out. The isles and shelves are accommodating to walk around and check out what they have. Parking is easy with their own parking lot right out front. Quick and easy place to get your spirits. Check them out!
