Amber: I live right next Door to this subway, so I know who you are talking about. I agree that maureen is impeccably excellent. That is why I’m giving two stars because she is a very good employee. However, tonight I went to get a footlong sub for my 13 year old son and a six inch sub for myself. The store was sold out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread. I was told that they were sold out because of all the wild fans that come into that store before they go to the hockey game. The lady I spoke to was a black lady she did not give her name of course, however I asked why she didn’t have Italian herbs and cheese bread and she explained to me that they only have to provide white or wheat bread after 6 p.m.. I asked her” who” it was that told her this. She said that is what the owner said. After I spent $ 15 on the footlong sub and the six inch sub for me and my son, I asked for a large ice water. Her attitude stunk to high heaven when she said we don’t give ice waters. I looked at her and said if I have to pay for a drink then I guess I will. And so I paid for a large ice water. I think this store is poorly run when there are people like that that have attitude and are rude. On top of that, the owner is a fat ugly old hillbilly redneck, that stinks his you know what doesn’t stink because he owns this restaurant. Since I live in the area and I go there frequently, now I’m thinking I might not go back ever again. For those of you who do not know this area, there is an erberts and gerberts sub sandwich restaurant right across the street. They will be kind to you. They will be fair to you.(including offering you a free ice water if you want it), and they also sell soup and other things that subway does not. From now on I believe that I will not go to Subway again simply because of the fact of how I was spoken to and how rude that employee was.

I eat at Subway pretty often, and had never been to this location before. My brother and I were greeted by the employee Maureen, and she is the reason I’m writing this review. She was extremely friendly, and I just had to thank her for taking so much care with my sandwich. I ordered rotisserie style chicken, and in the past the employees took the container, plopped it on the bread, and would leave it however it landed. Maureen took the time to break up the chicken and evenly distributed it on the bread. She absolutely takes pride in what she does, and deserves a 5 star review for her impeccable customer service!
