Workers were nice but they didn’t fully cook my chalupa bread so it was doughy(I ordered 2) However, the cinnamon sticks are always delicious.

Between E & F/G Concourses, there’s a Taco Bell in the Food Court on the long concourse of shopping. Mostly quick and simple, smaller menu than normal Taco Bell fare, but works in a pinch.

Awful customer service. I arrived at 8:52pm today which is a Monday and I was told they had to close early because they only had two people working. However, the manager then came out and said«we close at 830pm today.» Not sure which story was honest. Regardless, they had several passengers/people wanting to order food but the manger and employee on duty closed early. What’s even more frustrating is the Unilocal app shows they should be open until 10pm. I love Taco Bell but I am disappointed in this location!

Awful. Cold am crunchwrap and the coffee is pod style. Also, coffee spilled all over from bad cup. Terrible experience before morning flight.

This Taco Bell sucks completely. They don’t have a full menu at all. I have been stopping here for 3 years and always get the same lady with gold teeth that mumbles everything, I can’t understand a word she says. Just as well no one that works their is friendly at all. They don’t even know the menu. Honestly I wish they would hire all new people, I don’t know how they pass corporate reviews.

This Taco Bell is located inside the Minnesota-St Paul International Airport. We were stuck here at about 6 am for a long layover before our next flight to Tokyo. Bored and with plenty of time to kill, we walked around and found their food court. The only options at that hour were Burger King and Taco Bell. So we decided to go with the slightly less price gouging option. As horrific as the reviews are on here, our experience wasn’t all that bad. Don’t get me wrong, the customer service was not that great for us either. The girl who rang us up and took our order seemed a bit cranky and annoyed to be there. Fortunately for us, we got our orders, they were correct, and we were allowed to enjoy some faux Mexican food in the airport before heading off to our next destination. Was it great customer service experience? No. Was it the best fast food dining experience I’ve ever had? No. It is what it is and to expect anything more from it is foolish, at best. It’s A-ok! 3 stars.

Worst TB ever. I asked for hot water and clearly, there are cups for hot coffee. They asked me to buy the cup if i want hot water because those are for coffee only.

It’s Taco Bell in an airport so I had to try it, and why am I even reviewing it I don’t know. Typical Taco Bell, very mediocre and bad attitudes among the cashier. I can’t figure it out…

This is easily the grossest Taco Bell ever! As a semi-frequent diner at Taco Bells this place is unreal. Nothing on this menu tastes like any other TB outlet and shame on me that I’ve eaten at this one about 3 times hoping that each previous time was just a mistake. I mean it’s TB how can you take something that’s already fairly gross and make it completely un-edible? Plus no airline discount or military discount either. Pleeeeeeeeeeese people, avoid this place. I’m not even mentioning the service or pace of it, but the food is garbage. Would be better off if the Somalis cooked some Somali food and served it. Would taste better then this!

This has to be the worst Taco Bell ever… you think it would be hard to screw up Taco Bell, but these guys manage. They’re slow, don’t give a damn, and somehow also manage to eff up the food– is it really that hard to wrap a taco? Everything is always falling apart when you get it, and the taco shells are soggy. Do yourself a favor and hit another part of the food court.

It’s supposed to be slow service people. It’s a crowded airport!!! I can’t believe the prices are non-airports rates. They have a value menu!!! Woo hoo! NOMILITARYDISCOUNT. :(

SLOOOOOWWWW… And to add insult to injury I asked for crunchy tacos and wound up with soft. Since I was pressed for time and they were so slow, no time to take them back. :(

Slowest service ever. If you are trying to catch a flight don’t stop here. I’ve been twice and both times I’ve had to wait almost 10 minutes despite there being no line to speak of. The first time I went they got my order wrong. The second time they got the customer in front of me in line’s order wrong. There food was fine(I love Taco Bell), but this place has a long way to go on their customer service.
