Dive bar, good, strong, basic drinks. Reasonably priced, however they do not accept credit cards. Pool table and one dartboard. Nice that there are a few new TVs, really great service. We’ve only been on a Friday night, but so far so good and very consistent. Since it’s an old bar, the bathrooms are kind of shady but they let you get the job done.

You would never know that this place has a full vegan menu and organic foods and a serious wine and martini selection. Oh and they have a French pastry chef!

I thought this place was abandoned for years. Finally stopped in and it was really homey. Dark and dank, even for noon, the place had a much older crowd, but they were the quiet, content sort that this world needs more of. Not the bitchy, loud people I encountered at other local, cheap drinkeries this early in the day. Seems like a great place to work off a hangover, or forget your grankids’ names.
The tile floor is beautiful.
