It was initially my friends decision to eat here before taking off again and it was a decent spot for food. The strongest thing TGI’s has going for it is the food and service. Service here, thanks to the wonderfully kind waitress we had, I would give about four to five star and the the food maybe three and a half. My only complaint about the food were the fries that came with my burger were a bit dry, but other than that it was okay. I thought the bill was going to be a little bit cheaper, but I’ve noticed that a good majority of these big chain restaurants have increased in price over the last few years which makes finding a cheap meal on the go very difficult. A pleasant experience nonetheless, I’m sure most will enjoy eating here.

We stopped in for breakfast this morning while traveling. My husband’s meal was perfectly fine. What impressed us was the service! I have special dietary needs, and while they could not accommodate my needs, they were very open to assisting me by allowing me to eat some of the special food I carry with me. They provided me with a bowl, hot water and sugar/milk at no charge. Thank you so very much!

Got to the airport early and had time for a nice good breakfast. Ran into that spot near my gate and gave it a go. My server Bree was friendly and present. The vegetable omelette was good and hit the spot. The coffee smooth and the mimosa well mixed. I only can recommend this place for a layover.

An average eatery experience while at the airport. I really wish the beer list had a better variety than the old American staples(Bud, Miller, etc). Can you maybe throw in a local beer? Nevertheless, the veggie burger was good. The wait staff were incredible: my waitress was attentive from the very beginning of my meal(asking when my connecting flight was, bringing everything out super fast, great with refills). Overall, exactly what you’d expect from a chain restaurant, but with hard-working employees.

Located in near the C gates at Minneapolis airport. It’s your typical restaurant chain located at the airport. As far as they go this one isn’t bad. It was clean, well lit, and the service was pretty good. They didn’t have Guinness on tap but the server brought me a cold glass to go along with the canned version. I had the Sedona Black Bean Burger with sweet potato fries which I really enjoyed.

As I was getting off my plane for my layover, I learned that my dog had died while I was away. I pretty much sat at my table alternating between crying and trying to suck it up and get a grip. Our server, Brianna, was UNBELIEVABLY kind and considerate, which I appreciated tremendously. The perfect combination of smiling and kindness and giving me space. Thanks so much Brianna. I’ll be back, hopefully smiling next time.

If you have time between flights, it’s everything it’s supposed to be. Needs more space between tables for roller bags.

Ok, yes it is chain food and yes it is in an airport that has a wide array of dining options. However, this TGI Fridays is one of only two sit-down dining options in the upper part of C concourse and is a solid option when you want better than fast food. Unlike a lot of airport renditions of chain food, this TGI Fridays essentially has a full menu rather than a drastically abbreviated one. They also have one of the largest bars in the airport and serve a full range of alcohol including signature cocktails. The food is honestly consistent with any standalone Fridays location I’ve ever dined at and the service has always been pleasant and efficient. As far as pricing is concerned, yes, it is more expensive than the same food outside the airport, but I don’t find it outrageous in the grand scheme of airport food. Better dining options on G concourse, but on C, this is the place to go.

I ate here during a layover. The service was great. I asked the waitress for a table near an outlet so I could charge my phone. They were all taken, but she allowed me to plug it up under the table behind the hostess stand. I thought that was very nice of her, and I was close enough to watch it in case someone tampered with it. They lose a star because I ordered a burger well done, and it came out pink in the middle. Idk… some people like rare meat, but I am not one of them. I also did not receive a refill during the entire hour I was there.

This TGI Friday’s does not give the option of customizing your order such as putting mushrooms of an entrée item to the side. Food was mediocre airport quality, but worse than a standard branch. Also overpriced for what you get.

I don’t often stop at Friday’s however it seemed quick and easy when I was passing through the airport. For an airport restaurant it isn’t too bad. I always sit at the bar because it feels like bar service is quicker. The staff is pretty attentive and nice. The breakfast menu is limited but that is ok. Today I went for the 3 appetizers for $ 14 and a beer. The appetizers were solid — not real issues. I only wish it wasn’t so expensive. My bill was $ 50 for 2 of us — more than I wanted to spend for an appetizer and 2 beers each. Not a terrible experience but not horribly memorable.

Decent environment(it’s a chain, so that’s a given). Bartender is too busy to do simple things like give you water, etc. Breakfast is just ok. Everything is pre-cooked. Got a moldy jelly packet for my toast. The«fresh fruit» with breakfast consisted of half a strawberry and a thin slice of pineapple. The whole experience was pretty meh. Advice: keep walking.

Great place to stop on a long layover. I had first visited rock bottom but they really put me off with the statement«we are seating large parties first». So I walked up the concourse a bit and came here. Service is top notch. They ask you if you are in a hurry before taking your order so they can expedite. Everyone is kind and authentic and the food is pretty good. I ordered the French dip, it was Very good. Do yourself a favor come sit here and relax between flights.

Kind of overpriced, but that’s what you get when you eat in an airport. When I came here I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with a bourbon sauce(can’t remember the exact name) and it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend that particular sandwich if you decide to eat here. The bartender was friendly, but less than attentive. Overall, I’d recommend this place – mainly on account of the delicious sandwich.

Chain restaurant in an airport. Nothing special by any means, but the people were friendly and the service was decent.

Ok so it’s a TGI Fridays in the Airport. You know what though it’s a nice one. Very large and feels like a real restaurant. I was at the airport early and was surprised they offered breakfast. I got a cup of coffee which was not bad and a basic breakfast. The scrambled eggs were nice and came with some whole grain toast, fried potatoes, and a sausage patty. The sausage patty was exactly like one from Mc Donalds so I’d go with the bacon. The rest was done nicely and at a very fare price for an airport. Oats was the name of my waitress and she was top notch. I also stopped on my return trip in the bar for a quick drink. It was a generous serving and done quickly. They also have a nice takeout selection by the exit.

Wesley(Mr Thomas if bad), Ms NeyNey were the best after all these layovers! Personality galore with these two :) and it was before I started drinking at Fridays at the Minnesota Airport! So, I always order the jack daniel chicken strips and for the first time visiting a Fridays this Fridays did not have them on the menu. My waiter Wesley(Mr Awesome sauce) checked and said they have them, just not on the menu. If these sesame jack chicken strips are not on a Fridays menu, do not order them… they were gross and I’ve ordered these delicious things all the time at Fridays for 10 plus years. They looked like chicken nuggets and taste like rat nuggets! The worst! Thankfully Wesley took them off the bill and I ordered a delicious Jack Daniels Rib eye, well done of course. Neyney brought out the food I ordered and had the most welcoming smile and demeanor I’ve seen in my travels to different states and airports. Actually both Wesley & NeyNey both… they really made this layover enjoyable with their personality and good spirit! I will come back and look for them both if I come back to this airport although I’m sure they will have moved on to greater and better things. Cheers to this Fridays in Minnesota!!! FYI: I took my double order of broccoli to go on the plane… don’t do it… its tasty, but I just had to tell the person seated next to me that I have broccoli with me so they didn’t think I smelled like a dirty diaper! Ugh! I should have thrown it away!

Stopped in for lunch before a flight to Dallas. Brianna was my server and she was great… Friendly and on the ball, yet let me be so that I could focus on some work. I had the sizzling chicken and cheese and it was great… Not nearly as «heavy» as I thought it might be. I was able to get in and out in about 40 minutes… Perfect!

Quick service at the bar. Chicken caesar salad took about 20 min from when I placed my order and arrived fresh with romaine, tomatoes and a sliced grilled Chicken breast tossed lightly in dressing. $ 11.69… Tasty. The bartender kept my water glass full. Overall pretty good for an airport.

Great service! I was connecting through MSP airport on my way to BFE Des Moines and was hungry, so I stopped in here to use my coupon $ 5 off of $ 15, yay! My waitress was super attentive and I told her about my connection time, and she said that was not a problem and will get me my food out quickly which she proceed to deliver as promised. The salad I got was very tasty and so was the soup, nothing spectacular but on par with the rest of the TGIF locations. Easy, breezy and no stress experience.
