We stopped in without an appointment yesterday to tour this new St Paul rental building and Kelly was more than accommodating to our last minute request. She finished up her previous appointment and then was gracious enough to show us as much as she could in the short amount of time we had. We raced around to different floor plans and Kelly was very intuitive to what we wanted to see. She was a very lovely person and a great rep for the building.
We thought The Penfield was a beautiful building and loved the amenities it offered. The location is central and easy to get to, and the grounds will be amazing once they are complete. Having a grocery in the building seems like a huge benefit. All-​in-​all we thought this would top our list as a great place to live and work if and when we decide to flee the suburb ;)
