I will temper this review with saying, I do not know a lot about gymnastics, especially how to train young children to do them. I believe however, that this puts me in the same boat as most parents. Having attended several sessions of gymnastics at community education with my children starting at age 3 and switching to TAGS at age 5, I was amazed at how much more intensive the training was at TAGS. It truly is on another level. The instructors appear very knowledgeable, and seem to enjoy what they do, making it fun for the kids. The instructor to child ratio seemed to be very good as well, with each child getting plenty of one on one time, which in turn, seems safer giving the kids more confidence. This of course, was reflected in the price. With TAGS, like most things, you get what you pay for. That being the case, I will not deduct from my rating for the substantial price. One of the few issued I did have, was with the parent’s viewing area. I found it difficult to see what my children were doing for several parts of their training, due to a wall that was not conducive to viewing the whole floor. My girls have both told me that they thoroughly enjoy training at TAGS, and despite the price, will probably continue there due to there improvements as gymnasts and their sheer enjoyment of the facility.
